The separate April 2021 settlement entered a $114.3 million monetary judgment against the corporate and individual defendants, with a substantial portion suspended based on inability to pay and asset-transfer provisions.

Separate 2026 La Posta lending record
A 2026 record reviewed for the dossier identified JetCredit365, LLC as a subsidiary of La Posta Management, LLC and described it as licensed by the La Posta Tribal Regulatory Authority. No document reviewed for this profile established that JetCredit365 was a successor to Gentle Breeze Online or that its license or authority transferred to Gentle Breeze Online.
Domain and corporate records reviewed in 2025–2026
A third-party registration list included gentlebreezeonline.com among new .COM registrations dated September 5, 2026. This was secondary evidence only: the registrant, registrar, ownership continuity and any trademark or license transfer were not confirmed.
Secondary state-registry aggregators reviewed in the dossier showed continuing corporate entries for Ebisu Marketing, Corp. and Nevada entities connected with Naito or Ikeda. Those records did not establish active lending. The federal lending ban covering Naito, Ikeda and the corporate defendants remained a separate controlling record.
